Cancellations
In today's hectic world unplanned issues come up for all of us. We recognize this fact, but we respectfully request that you cancel your scheduled appointment by phone or online a minimum of 48 hours in advance. That way the open slot can be filled with someone needing an appointment.

Failure to provide such notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The deposits are collected by credit card prior to the appointment.

Our aim here is to open otherwise unused appointments for our patients, not to collect missed appointment fees. Your cooperation and consideration are appreciated.

Emergencies
Our practice is dedicated to providing outpatient specialty care services only. Emergency and inpatient services are covered by IPC - The Hospitalist Company.

Health Insurance Plans
Aesthetic Medicine is considered cosmetic and therefore, insurance plans (HMO’s particularly) do not pay for this service. All patients are requested to make full payment at the time of service. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.
